The past 6 weeks have been so awesome and so challenging at the same time :) I love my little guy - he is such a sweet addition to our lives. It's so fun to watch him grow and develop - he is starting to smile now for real (not just because of gas) and it is soo fun! He knows who I am and knows my voice. I never thought motherhood would be this rewarding...I couldn't fathom it at the time without having a kid. The first three to four weeks consisted of crying every day...not Sammy - ME :) I was so overwhelmed with life and major lack of sleep didn't help any! But, seriously...after 6 weeks I feel so much better and so much more capable of being a Mom. I'm sure it will get harder at some points, but I am loving it right now and am so glad that the stress and anxiety have died down for the moment.
