He was freak-dancing in his car. His round head was bobbing up and down while his short arms were raising the roof of his 90's Honda. Best moment ever that day. It was the Numa Numa song all over again and it made me smile!

That is awesome! I think it was to Miley's: "Party in the USA!" That's what I do in my car at least... Anyway, I love when perfect strangers cheer up blue moments.
